These terms explain how Smart Steps Learning handles tutoring inquiries, online or face-to-face class arrangements, learning expectations, and payment discussions.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee enrollment. Schedule, class format, plan details, and availability are confirmed directly with the tutor.
Parents are encouraged to share their child's grade, subject needs, current challenges, and scheduling preferences so the right support plan can be discussed.
For online classes, students and parents are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and a suitable learning environment. For face-to-face classes, location and timing are confirmed directly before sessions begin.
Payment, cancellation, refund, and rescheduling details are confirmed directly with families before classes begin.
